Inside Golden Bachelorette Joan’s $1M townhouse with massive suite and backyard space

As Joan Vassos prepare to bestow her final rose, fans are exploring her life back home.
The  Golden Bachelorette helped fans “find hope in humanity” with her Men Tell All special after Election Day. After Pascal Ibgui finally confronted the leading woman, the show’s supporters were in tears as Jonathan Rone read a touching note from Mark Anderson.
After Vassos seemingly made an accidental slip about her winner on a recent podcast, many are questioning if she will move into one of her finalist’s real estate empire or stay at her $1 million house.
During the season, the school administrator said she doesn’t plan to move somewhere other than Maryland because she will “never want to leave” her family.
In an earlier episode, she said: “My kids and my grandkids all live really close to me and not being close to them all the time would not work for me.”
As the finale gets closer, The U.S. Sun did a dive on the home that Vassos’ refuses to let go of. She purchased a 3,000 square-foot property for $830,000 in April of 2022, after her late husband John died from pancreatic cancer. It is a part of a 130 townhouse-community built in 1998.
The four-bedroom home comprises four levels that includes a two car garage and three and a half bathrooms. There is also a gas fireplace and an exterior lower-level deck.
The main level is composed of a sparkling white kitchen, with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, the living room and dining room. The first floor also has big windows, grey-painted walls and refinished hardwood floors.

The second level is the reality star’s private suite, which features an updated primary bathroom that includes a marble tiled shower, an oversized tub and heated floors.
Vassos fits all of her clothes into a huge walk-in closet while the other three rooms are accompanied by her four children, who are most likely sharing the other tiled bathroom.
Lastly, The top floor also includes another walk-in closet, alon with a storage unit and two dormers.
Since the sale two years ago, the home has increased in value, now estimated to be worth about $944,000.
The finale of The Golden Bachelorette airs Wednesday on ABC at 8pm EST.
